What will I need to attend a Personal Training session:
Comfortable Workout Clothes – Wear breathable, flexible clothing that allows you to move freely. Supportive Training Shoes – A good pair of athletic shoes suited for your workout type (running, lifting, etc.). Water Bottle – Staying hydrated is key during your session. Towel – Expect to sweat, so a small towel is always useful. Notebook or Fitness App (Optional) – If you like tracking your progress, bring a way to take notes on your workout and goals. Positive Attitude & Energy – Come ready to work hard and push toward your fitness goals! If you have any questions, your trainer will be happy to guide you through everything.
