Boxing Class

Our classes cover a wide range of boxing techniques, including footwork, defensive movements, punching combinations, and proper stance to maximize power and efficiency. Whether you want to master the fundamentals of jabs, hooks, and uppercuts or refine your advanced striking and defensive skills, our trainers will provide hands-on coaching tailored to your level. We also focus on conditioning drills, bag work, and pad work to help build endurance, speed, and coordination.

What will I need to attend a Boxing class:

Comfortable Workout Clothes – Wear breathable, flexible clothing that allows you to move freely. Boxing Gloves & Hand Wraps – If you have your own, bring them! If not, we have gloves available for use or purchase at the gym. Supportive Training Shoes – Boxing-specific or lightweight athletic shoes with good grip are ideal. Water Bottle – Staying hydrated is key during training. Towel – Expect to sweat, so a small towel can come in handy. If you’re unsure about anything, our trainers will be happy to guide you. Just bring a great attitude and get ready for an awesome workout!
